Memories of Swindon

I think it would be nice to remember JL Swindon as an extended part of our own family. Many partners who have come and gone all have fond memories. We were are caring, happy and professional team, who worked hard, delivered excellent customer service, personalised our customers and our community. So instrumental as a training ground in the development of new partners and manager’s we were a performing branch until Covid-19 changed that and closed our doors. We’ve had our ups & downs like all families do, including many new births, marriages, divorces & sadly deaths,. together we celebrated our successes personal & work related & we’ve also grieved, and always there for each other. ALWAYS a partner there for you, to listen, to talk, to laugh and cry together and wrap a comforting arm around you. We were never *just a shop*, it wasn’t just coming to work for us, it was like coming home, such big warm hearts JL Swindon 💕beating strong spreading the love and the fight with our challenges. Bringing people and partners together everyday, smiles and happiness to our customers, colleagues, suppliers and our friends. I was often referred to as the *mum” of the branch a title I embraced with such fondness. JL Swindon the BEST Store ever because Spedan’s legacy was practiced everyday & always will be *the happiness of our partners* friends and memories for life every single one of you. ❤️💕 Love Veronica Zarola 10 years service💞
