Flagged as an experimental store for a changing world, John Lewis and Partners Oxford opened it’s doors on the 24th October 2017.
Experiences form the core strategy of John Lewis and Partners Oxford, with an Experience Desk being a focal point within store. With a whole host of new experiences, the Oxford branch was the first store outside of London to have a Brand Experience Manager, dedicated to creating in store events, such as tech sessions to teach customers how to use items that they have purchased in store.
Home Design Stylists and Personal Stylists are also a prominent feature, delivering experiences that lend a sense of luxury to the offering, with bespoke paper bags delivering purchases to customers in style.
In addition, new business dress was introduced here, using John Lewis’ own Kin brand to provide a sense of luxury and inspire customers to buy our own branded products.
