On the 27th October 2002, Jessops became the latest Partnership branch to be rebranded, become John Lewis Nottingham.
After a two year, multi million pound refurbishment, which saw sales increase alongside their selling space, the move was also made to increase trading from a five day week, to a seven day week.
It wasn’t a wholesale removal of the branch’s heritage though with a ‘history corridor’ set up to remind Partners of the branch’s legacy, with some of the Jessop’s signage surviving there.
