A New Concept for a New Age

In an era of commercial uncertainty and and increasing reliance on online retail, the Partnership decided a new, fresh approach to bricks and mortar retailing was needed. Building on our strong reputation for customer service, a new concept was born. Customers could now expect to be offered a range of new personal services in store, tailored to their needs and reflecting our values as a Partnership.

On opening in October 2018,  John Lewis & Partners Cheltenham was to be one of the trial stores for this new concept delivering experiences such as an after hours private shopping experience where a customer can tailor their own bespoke trip with expert Partners on hand to advise and help.

The store also features four personal styling lounges and is the biggest Personal Styling Studio to date.

Previously the reserve of exclusive boutiques for the famous few, this Autumn in Cheltenham, with the help of our army of expertly trained Partners, we are bringing the intimacy, luxury and magic of personal shopping to the high street.
