Departments often have get together’s during the year. These can vary from team bonding breakfasts to dancing the night away at a club. Department dinners are a good way of getting to know your colleagues out of the normal shop environment and Christmas time is no exception. It is not unknown for one department to arrive at their destination only to find that apart from one or two tables, the restaurant is full of John Lewis partners!
