I remember Phyliss Isaacs very well, in my time spent in Ladies Fashions (under Mrs Skilton).
She was a lovely lady who I associate with Kangol hats. I remember all her drawers with them in and they were the only ones I dared sell as Phyllis was the Queen of the posh hats!
